What Are Cookies?

In addition to cookies, we may use similar tracking technologies such as web beacons, pixel tags, local storage objects, and session identifiers. References to “cookies” in this policy include all such technologies unless otherwise stated.
Who Sets Cookies on quin-tech.ai?

Types of Cookies We Use
We use two categories of cookies: strictly necessary cookies, and advertising cookies that are set only with your consent. You can manage your preferences through Your Privacy Choices at quin-tech.ai/legal/privacy-choices or through your browser settings.
3.1 Essential Cookies
Strictly necessary to operate the platform. They enable core functions such as authentication, session management, access control, and security. Without these cookies, services you have requested cannot be provided. Essential cookies cannot be disabled through our Cookie Preferences Center.

3.2 Analytics Cookies
We do not use analytics cookies. No Google Analytics or comparable analytics tag is loaded on quin-tech.ai.
3.3 Performance Cookies
We do not use performance cookies. No Datadog, Hotjar or comparable performance-monitoring tag is loaded on quin-tech.ai.
3.4 Functional Cookies
We do not use functional cookies. The site stores no language, timezone, display or dashboard preference in a cookie.
3.5 Marketing and Communication Cookies
Used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta. Set only after you give consent for the advertising category, and never before. Quintech does not serve third-party advertising on the platform; these apply to the public-facing quin-tech.ai website only. We also use one similar technology, quin.click-attribution, stored in your browser's sessionStorage rather than in a cookie. It holds the advertising identifiers from the link you arrived through. It is written only after you consent to the advertising category; before that it is kept in the page's memory and never written to your device, so closing or leaving the page discards it. It is removed if you later withdraw consent, and in any case it is discarded when you close the tab.

Your Cookie Choices
5.1 Cookie Preferences Center: When you first visit quin-tech.ai, a cookie consent banner will be displayed. You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customise your preferences by category. You can update your choices at any time by visiting quin-tech.ai/legal/privacy-choices.
5.2 Browser Settings: Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically: View cookies stored on your device and delete individual cookies; Block third-party cookies; Block all cookies from specific websites; Set your browser to notify you when a cookie is being set. Instructions for common browsers: Google Chrome (Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data); Mozilla Firefox (Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data); Safari macOS (Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data); Safari iOS (Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security); Microsoft Edge (Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies).
Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the Quintech platform. Rejecting advertising cookies will not affect your ability to use the platform or to buy; it only prevents us from attributing a purchase to the advertisement that led to it.
5.3 Opt-Out Links: Meta/Facebook: facebook.com/help/568137493302217. Meta is the only third-party advertising provider that sets cookies through this website.
Cookies and AI Features
Where you use AI-powered features within the Quintech platform, your signed-in session cookie maintains context across your interactions -- for example, preserving your active workspace state. These cookies do not store AI-generated outputs or the content of your prompts; that data is managed through Quintech’s secure data pipeline, not through browser cookies.
Quintech’s AI governance controls, including PII obfuscation and purpose-based access control, apply to all data processed through AI features regardless of how the session is maintained.
Do Not Track
Some browsers support a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. At present, there is no universally agreed standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. Quintech does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals, but you can use the Cookie Preferences Center or browser settings described in Section 5 to control non-essential cookies.
International Transfers
The third-party cookie providers named in this policy — Meta, which sets the advertising cookies, and CookieYes, which records your consent choice — may process data in countries outside India, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the relevant third party is responsible for ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place. We recommend reviewing each provider's privacy policy for details of their data transfer mechanisms.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes in applicable law, or updates to our platform. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, display a new consent notice on the platform.
